Ka\u017cdy student przed przyst\u0105pieniem do praktyk posiada aktualne za\u015bwiadczenie badania lekarskiego (ksi\u0105\u017ceczka zdrowia).<\/p><p>2. Student odbywaj\u0105cy praktyki zobowi\u0105zany jest do posiadania w\u0142asnej odzie\u017cy roboczej oraz obuwia medycznego. Zabezpieczenie praktykanta w \u015brodki ochrony osobistej (maseczki. fartuchy fizelinowe jednorazowe, r\u0119kawiczki) le\u017cy po stronie kieruj\u0105cego na praktyki.<\/p><p>3. Ka\u017cdy student w pierwszym dniu praktyki przechodzi szkolenie w Dziale Epidemiologii z obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cych w szpitalu procedur i instrukcji z zapobiegania zaka\u017ceniom szpitalnym.<\/p><p>4. Student musi by\u0107 zdrowy, bez objaw\u00f3w infekcyjnych takich jak: katar, kaszel, gor\u0105czka, b\u00f3l gard\u0142a. Nie mo\u017ce przebywa\u0107 na kwarantannie oraz w ci\u0105gu ostatnich 14 dni mie\u0107 kontaktu z chorym na COVID 19.<\/p><p>5. Ka\u017cdy student przy wej\u015bciu zobowi\u0105zany jest zdezynfekowa\u0107 r\u0119ce.<\/p><p>6. Studenci odbywaj\u0105cy praktyki w budynku g\u0142\u00f3wnym, rehabilitacji i pawilonie psychiatrycznym wchodz\u0105 na praktyki wej\u015bciem g\u0142\u00f3wnym do ka\u017cdego z tych
